My Welcome email with my signup info didnt show up.
Some mail providers may incorrectly route our emails to your Spam folder, or even delete them as Spam.
If you check and the Welcome email is not in your Spam folder, simply go to your Admin/Agent login page ( your-subdomain.orbitdesk.com/scp/ ) and enter your signup email or username and an incorrect pass. Submit and the "Lost Password" link will appear. Click this link and follow instructions to generate a pass reset token to be sent to your email.
If this does not help, please open a Support Ticket at "Report a Problem/Access Issue".
