How to Delete a FAQ or a Category

To delete a category, go to the Categories tab, select a category (check the left box), click the More button, and choose Delete.

 

To delete a FAQ, click the FAQs tab, choose the category where the specific FAQ is in, then choose the FAQ that you want to delete. Click Delete FAQ.
