How to Add a FAQ and a Category

The Knowledgebase consists of the FAQs, Categories, and Canned Responses tabs.

To add a FAQ, first you have to add a category. To add a category, click Knowledgebase, then go to Categories,

 

and click + Add New Category.

 

You can now add FAQs to your newly added category. Click on the FAQs tab and choose your category. Then click the Add New FAQ button.

 

When you add a new faq or category, it will be listed as "Private" which means your customers will not be able to see this on the front-side of your orbitdesk. To change this, make sure to choose "Public" as its type.
