The First Step for Newly Added Agents

[For tutorial purposes, I will be using Miji Support as our sample here]

 

When an Admin adds you as an Agent for their support site, you will receive an email that looks like this (Note: Sometimes the system will think it's a spam, so be sure to check your spam folder.)

Simply click the link provided and you will be redirected to a page like this. Enter your Username or Email and click Login.

 

For your first Login, you will be required to change your password.

The Change Password form will automatically pop on your screen on your first login. Enter a new password and Update.

 

Update your Profile as needed and don't forget to Save Changes.
