Your customers can find your OrbitDesk at "your-sub-domain.orbitdesk.com" and use the forms you enable or create there.
These forms generate tickets that can be routed to Agents, Departments, or Topics, and even Teams.
Also, emails addressed to "your-sub-domain@vip.orbitdesk.com" will generate new tickets. These tickets do not receive special routing, and open tickets in your Default Category or Topic.
